About ME
I help middle aged active people, professionals, and stay at home parents, to find the real personal connection between mental and physical health and fitness, yielding results that include fat loss, muscle gain, improved mobility, increased energy, and performance, creating a positive overflow of wellness into their life, their families, and their relationships. I am a USATF Certified Running Coach as well as an ACE Certified Health & Wellness coach.

It will, in the end, provide you with knowledge, mental clarity, to find your drive, to feel in control of your health decisions, regain confidence & find balance. It will give you the tools to perform at your best & focus on your whole self and your mindset at a par.
